Day to day you will….
Develop and implement the Cashflow Finance strategy as part of the Structured Finance growth agenda. On-boarding high quality customers while strengthening the brand visibility.
Network and connect effectively with key players in the market to establish our reputation as a foremost bank providing appropriate and innovative funding solutions.
Using your expertise and professionalism to differentiate the bank from our competitors, generating and optimising sustainable income and Return on Equity (ROE).
To be brilliant you will bring…
Strong knowledge of – and obvious passion for – Leveraged Finance Cashflow lending;
Good understanding and experience in the analysis techniques appropriate to Leveraged Finance Cashflow lending to SME businesses;
Significant experience in striving for excellence, seeking innovative solutions and structures, and creating a best practice service environment that drives customer origination;
Capacity to cope with complex situations and to have a flexible approach to challenges and problems;
Experience in financial services including business banking networks and stakeholders, systems and work processes, particularly credit processes;
Track record of building relationships and networks in the sector, whether with customers, suppliers, advisers and other professionals;
Knowledge and experience of sales management techniques.
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills to influence and support decision making and getting things done - right first time - for the customer.
We would love it if you had…
A broad range of external contacts and connections;
A relevant vocational financial services qualification e.g. Chartered Banker;
A tertiary qualification in a business discipline. Further qualifications are desirable, but not mandatory;
Knowledge of bank systems and processes in relation to people, customer-facing systems, sales, risk and credit;
In depth understanding of risk and compliance requirements in line with the role;
