Day to day you will be…
Managing a portfolio of Registered Provider customers
Driving out further opportunities to ensure we maximise the return on our investment and provide our customers with a “best in class” service for all of their needs.
Supporting the team in sourcing, structuring and delivering high quality new to Bank customers into the portfolio.
Displaying strong organisational skills, effective relationship management and a determination to provide excellent customer service.
We need you to have….
Knowledge and experience within the Corporate and Structured Finance market, ideally within the Social Housing sector and a political and regulatory environment
Strong analytical skills with significant experience of analysing a customer's financial statements and calculating covenant compliance;
a passion for – and proven knowledge of – supporting complex, high transactions;
Previous practical experience of Business Banking networks and stakeholders, systems and work processes and products;
Demonstrable experience of financial and non-financial appraisal techniques together with report writing skills;
A proven track record of striving for excellence, and creating a best practice service environment that drives customer focused solutions whilst being commercially attractive to the Bank;
In depth understanding of compliance and risk with a regulated banking environment
Excellent, verbal and written communication skills to influence and support decision making and getting things done – right first time – for the customer.
We would love it if you had….
In depth knowledge of the Social Housing sector and the political and regulatory environment.
SME experience of systems and processes in relation to people, customer, sales, risk and credit;
Expert knowledge of lending and securities policy and procedures.
