Basic Salary: £39,000 - £58,000 per annum DOE
Contract Type: 9-12 months Fixed Term full time

We're looking for an experienced Digital Analyst to join our personal distributions team.  This is an exciting and dynamic role where you'll be responsible for identify business requirements, documenting and communicate these clearly and accurately for the implementation of new developments and enhancements for our customer journeys. 

You'll be highly motivated and work through solutions with the digital delivery teams to complex problems, through a forensic approach to data and robust requirement generation. You'll be working on process design where you'd be accountable for the creation and implementation of the business processes to capture customer interactions journeys and communication. You'll have excellent relationship building skills with the ability ensure solutions are delivered adhering to digital processes, standards and guidelines.

Day to day you'll be responsible for...

  • Translating business needs and project requirements into an executable backlog with the appropriate acceptance criteria
  • Capture user requirements and user stories, in collaboration with the assigned producer / product owner and business stakeholders
  • Work with digital delivery teams to ensure user requirements are successfully translated into technical requirements with detailed consideration for all project and technical dependencies and risks
  • Interrogating requirements to ensure all aspects have been considered and are understood, then establishing a way to achieve the desired outcomes with the systems and tools available within the project teams
  • Leading on the impact assessment journey requirements and working with the product owners and producers to collaborate with the right SMEs to ensure you achieve the right depth of detail required to accurately deliver a well-defined backlog
  • Collaborating with teams ranging across customer proposition, UX/UI, delivery, data analytics and technology to align requirements for all customer journeys
  • Working with system testers and system users to support the completion of testing activities in conjunction with the user stories and acceptance criteria defined
  • Responsible for ensuring all requirements and journeys have been taken through the right approvals process, version control is maintained and all review processes can be fully evidenced
  • Able to work effectively and self-sufficiently in a fast changing working environment

To be successful you’ll need to bring...

  • A successful track record of Agile delivery and development methods
  • Solid understanding of digital technologies and techniques (e.g. IA, Design, Development, Testing, Browsers, content management systems)
  • Able to hold discussions, confidentially, with technical architects and analysts whilst challenging, influencing and making recommendations
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking, working to emerging & tight timelines with the ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
