Salary Range: £26,800 to £33,500 DOE plus great benefits

The role in a nutshell:

Our approach is to understand the opportunity and explore the art of the possible, to turn great ideas into great designs. Find fantastic solutions to not only meet the need but truly innovate and help to change the face of banking. You'll work closely with your Project Manager, other BAs, technology colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver a robust, well defined vision of our future needs and create just the right level of documentation including business process maps/ user stories, to keep working at pace.

As a Business Analyst (Analyst 2) you will be able to work effectively within a team environment plus have the ability and confidence to work on your own initiative to meet project deadlines.
 
We require our Business Analysts to carry out the following:
  • Engage with stakeholders to build strong working relationships
  • Plan and manage the business analysis approach on a project utilising all the tools available to deliver business requirements
  • Apply analytical techniques in order to define and communicate business requirements
  • Gather detailed requirements and designs from high level features
  • Analyse the business impact of these requirements and ensure that the business is ready and prepared for the change
  • Lead or participate in improvement initiatives that contribute to the on-going development of the business analysis competency
We would love you to have strong demonstrable experience of the following:
  • Experience of working with Fraud and Financial Crime and /or Payments
  • Strong Business Analysis/Business Readiness experience
  • Project change agile and waterfall methodologies
  • First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities
  • You must have previous experience working as a Business Analyst within an IT or Business Change programme
  • Be a self-starter, well organised and able to work independently on complex tasks and deliver high quality results
  • Ability to act as a champion for change
  • Ability to work in a fast paced change environment
