Our Team

The Portfolio Analytics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the analysis and reporting of the OnePlan, promoting data-driven decision-making and optimising performance by providing detailed, actionable insight.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all relevant data is gathered and cohesive picture can be built to drive improvements, spot early warning and drive intervention where necessary. Creating an environment of continuous improvement to ensure data quality is of the highest standard and alignment to our strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing detailed analysis of portfolio performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of concern within the portfolio.
  • Offer insights to improve portfolio efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolios, ensuring alignment with benchmarks and OnePlan requirements.
  • Create and present portfolio performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Leverage advanced analytical tools, financial modelling, and software to streamline data processing and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in portfolio analytics systems.
  • Owning OnePlan Portfolio Analytics and acting as a bridge between analytics teams, investment teams, and senior leadership.
  • Ensure that portfolio analytics processes adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, implementing best practices in governance and reporting frameworks.

We need you to have

  • Good background in data/analytics, preferably in Change.
  • Visualisation/analytics/reporting capability, Power BI/Tableau etc.
  • Insatiable Curiosity with good problem-solving skills and analytical skills gained in a project environment
  • Keen understanding of the key business drivers which influence the performance of a financial institution
  • First class effective communication at all levels and positive influencing of senior stakeholders
  • Experience of building and maintaining SharePoint sites

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential

  • Possess advanced knowledge of software development processes and the project lifecycle.
  • SAS, SQL or Oracle development knowledge
  • Experience of data governance policy and process.

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years' worth of satisfactory references.
