Help us change the (credit card) world!
Our credit card business continues to smash targets, win industry awards and deliver for our customers. We’re passionate about making customers happier about money, and we need more talented individuals to help us transform our business with a focus on our digital channels. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Digital Transformation Specialist to join our credit card team.
You’ll join a team of talented, dedicated colleagues who are already working hard to improve our website and mobile app digital channels, and improve adoption of these channels. We need colleagues who can get stuck in and work hard, reviewing customer journeys, analysing data and developing recommendations from this data; improving online content and communications; understanding customer needs and behaviours; and translating these into actionable, practical ways to drive self-serve and self-solve solutions. This may involve developing user stories to deliver changes within digital channels, driving change in contact centres, working with experts in the Brand & Marketing or CIO teams to change communications or the digital channels, or driving process and system changes. Self-starting individuals will need to make these changes happen quickly, assess their success and ensure they deliver tangible improvement to digital adoption rates in the business, while also generating further ideas to continue to drive change.
We’d love our Digital Transformation Specialist to have past experience of working with digital channels, customer journeys, and working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive change through user stories and business requirements in systems like Jira or TFS. Ideally, you would be really great at documenting information, drawing pictures and process flows of complicated processes and systems to help others understand – a skilled “ninja” using systems Microsoft Powerpoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project.
