Our credit card business continues to smash targets, win industry awards and deliver for our customers. We’re passionate about making customers happier about money, and we need more talented individuals to help us transform our business with a focus on our digital channels. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Digital MI & Insights Specialist to join our credit card team.
You’ll join a team of talented, dedicated colleagues who are already working hard to improve our website and mobile app digital channels, and improve adoption of these channels. Ideally, we need someone who, through analytics, can get stuck in to review customer journeys and processes, understanding the customer need and behaviours to ensure we are offering the customer self-serve and self-solve options wherever possible. The Digital MI & Insights Specialist will work with experts across the business to develop MI and generate insights to help promote digital channels and improve adoption.
You may also need to support wider digital transformation initiatives, including contact centre process analysis and improvement, instructing changes to our digital channels, reviewing and understanding any data and reports available, producing project documentation and progress reports, running and taking part in workshops, representing the team in meetings and developing further recommendations based on your observations.
We’d love our Digital MI & Insights Specialist to have past experience of working with digital channels, customer journeys, and working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive change through analytics using tools like SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Visual Analytics/Tableau. Ideally, you would be really great at distilling complex data into actionable insights.
