Our credit card business continues to smash targets, win industry awards and deliver for our customers. We’re passionate about making customers happier about money, and we need more talented individuals to help us transform our business with a focus on our digital channels. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Digital Transformation Delivery Lead to join our credit card team.
You’ll join a team of talented, dedicated colleagues who are already working hard to improve our website and mobile app digital channels, improving adoption of these channels over other more traditional contact methods. We need someone with energy and passion to own this initiative and drive it forward in the credit card business, being an advocate of digital transformation in everything that you do, with a good handle on the external marketplace to understand what competitors inside and outside of the banking industry are doing.
Ideally, whoever joins us will bring with them a great understanding of what other companies are doing from a digital perspective, particularly any company going through a digital transformation journey. Financial services experience is preferred, but not essential. Taking the lead across the team, you’ll be good with identifying opportunities for further improvement, developing strategies and documents to get senior stakeholders on board, turn these into real world plans and get these delivered with speed. We need a real self-starter, someone tenacious, driven and determined to deliver change, with the passion and skills to paint this compelling vision, with a proven track record of getting things done.
