We are relocating our Small Business Credit team and have multiple opportunities for you to be part of our new Credit Decisioning Team in Glasgow City Centre!

Location: Glasgow Contract Type: Permanent Salary £23,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience) + Great Banking Benefits!

Day to day you`ll be...
Supporting the growth of the Small Business Segment by analysing and sanctioning credit applications.
Ensuring that the risks of lending proposals are properly identified, assessed and appropriately mitigated.
Proactively identify whether there are other facilities or products which meet Customer’s needs
Establish and maintain positive relationships not only with Small Business but with other areas of Credit, Risk and the wider Bank.
Support the development of Small Business Managers through guidance, coaching, feedback on submissions and provision of industry information.
Managing asset quality through monitoring of irregular positions, covenant breaches and customer ratings accuracy and taking swift action on any indication of deterioration.
What we’d like you to bring…
Some experience of credit assessment and decisioning or managing a portfolio of Small Business Customers
Practical experience of Business Banking products and services
Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Working knowledge of the Bank’s Business Lending Platform
Moodys qualification or a willingness to undertake
Ability to adapt and welcome change
Be a team player who is happy to contribute towards growth and development of the team
