We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Lending Insights Analyst to join our team and focus on driving data led decisions to be at the heart of everything we do.

The role in a nutshell…
Deliver purposeful and insightful MI, along with supporting commentary on performance within Consumer lending.
Interpret these results, identifying, understanding and highlighting any key trends.
Provide input into the scoping, design, development and implementation of Lending Insights strategies.
Become an expert in the data you use, becoming the first point of contact for any business queries.
Convert large datasets into clear insights.
Promote and represent the team in cross-business projects and meetings.
Put customers at the heart of all decision making.
What you need to bring…
Ideally, be a Graduate who is looking to progress in the field of data and analytics.
A strong analytical mind, a self-starter, and a willingness to learn and develop.
Excellent numerical skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to clearly present the facts, and interpret data incisively.
Comfortable interacting at all levels with the business.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

The cherry on top would be…
If your degree is from a Mathematical, Economic, or Science discipline that would be great. However, if your degree is in something totally different, but you feel this is an area in which you excel, don’t let that stop you applying.
Previous exposure to coding (SAS, SQL, Python, R), or summarising and presenting large datasets, would be another plus, however we can always teach you this.
