The Change Manager will be key to developing the Change agenda within the business, Virgin Money Investments (VMI) supporting our business leads with managing and leading change. VMI is a joint venture between Virgin Money and abrdn providing investments and pension’s products.
Day to day you’ll…
Be working with teams across our business leading projects through all stages of delivery.
Be a go-to change expert within the business providing direction and support to the team.
Work in partnership with our senior change manager supporting our change working group and the development of our change standard and processes.
Work with our partners to understand the change roadmap and liaise with internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned on requirements and timelines for delivery.
Work closely with VMUK to ensure all VMI change is delivered in partnership with colleagues across the parent company.
Effectively manage all stakeholders, ensuring that they are kept appropriately informed and consulted on all matters regarding change.
Work with the VMI Transformation Programme team to ensure that BAU and programme change delivery are aligned and any dependencies are clearly understood.
Project manage assigned projects that the business needs to deliver – this includes project planning and RAID reviews.
Over time you’ll support us in the development of our change operating model.
To be successful you’ll need to bring…
A positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team, be adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple stakeholders.
A sound knowledge of change management processes and project management, investments and pension knowledge will you be successful in the role.
A desire to keep abreast of industry guideline, policies, and best practice.
Experience from working in project related roles.
It’s a bonus if you have (but not essential) …
