The Change Enablement Manager will be responsible for transforming quality insights into meaningful information with the aim of improving standards, productivity and creating a community of change. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of internal communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organisation. The Change Enablement Manager will lead the creation of and drive of a community of Change specialists with a focus on roll out and adherence to standards while ensuring continuous improvement and skills development to enable provision of an excellent service across Change & Delivery.

Reporting to Senior Transformation Manager within SPPM, the Change Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders within Virgin Money.

What you’ll be doing
• Supporting and leading the ongoing development of Change & Delivery resources to enable change delivery including the provision of skills specific training and career development
• Developing and implementing the systems, processes and ways of working to develop and sustain a high performing team and delivery capability
• Facilitation of community skills groups to share best practice, drive consistency and resolve common challenges
• Creating and drive Practice initiatives to support the community and wellbeing and colleague engagement agenda
• Developing and co-ordinating delivery of change capability and skills development roadmap underpinned by considerations of future types of skills demand
• Ensuring communications are delivered in a timely, effective manger and are received and understood

We need you to have
• Effective communication and delivery of strategic objectives
• Strong working relationships within SPPM and across COO
• Compliance to delivery standards across One Plan
• Continuous Improvement to One Plan
• Guidance on Minimum Delivery Standards & methodologies
• Delivery of comms and training to ensure quality standards are met
• Change Leadership experience

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential
• Experience in in managing communication channels, including digital and face to face methods
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple communication initiatives concurrently
• Experience of facilitation and building of communities of change professionals

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years' worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks – we'll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you'll be subject to periodic employment checks.
