We're on the lookout for someone who can bring their own special energy and enthusiasm to our team and take on systems administration, data reporting, analysis, and the coordination of various related tasks.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing key processes that support the successful delivery of the HR System and downstream interfaces.
- Overseeing the impact of hierarchy changes to the system and associated software, like the Org Publisher hierarchy tool.
- Creating and coordinating key reports on a cyclical basis.
- Ensuring the accuracy of Joiners, Movers, Leavers updates for an excellent customer experience.
- Conducting regular system user attestations to maintain effective controls around system access.
- Managing regular system configurations, such as cost centre and bank sort code updates.
- Completing tasks for regular surveys to meet statutory compliance.
- Collaborating with colleagues/customers to provide the information, tools, and system access they need to perform their roles.
- Working within a team of skilled Analysts, sharing knowledge and ideas, and handling diverse workloads.
We need you to have
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge and understanding of MS 365 apps like Word and PowerPoint.
- An interest in technology and a general understanding of HR systems and data.
- A keen eye for detail and a dedication to delighting customers.
It’s a bonus if you have but not essential
- An understanding of Human Resources and People data
- Experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR related software or applications.

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years' worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks – we'll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you'll be subject to periodic employment checks.
