Our team
We’re seeking a Redeployment Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting colleagues through organisational change. You’ll be at the heart of our re-deployment efforts, overseeing the end-to-end operational aspects of re-deployment activities across the organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with various HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition experience for our colleagues.

What you’ll be doing:
• Responsible for the effective delivery of re-deployment activity across all business areas, owning the facilitation of individual and volume re-deployments.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and external partners.
• Develop and implement best practices and strategies for colleague re-deployment.
• Ensure the re-deployment process is equitable and inclusive by design.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition TA) Operations team to align impacted colleagues with new opportunities.
• Oversee the financial, legal, risk, and control environment related to re-deployment.
• Manage a complex portfolio of re-deployment cases, advising on transition plans and ensuring roles are progressed.
• Use data and insights to drive re-deployment activity, implement process improvements, and review SLAs.
• Act as a point of contact for colleagues going through redundancy, offering support and resources.
• Coach and support TA Operations team and hiring managers to ensure compliance with redundancy policy.
• Manage the relationship with our career transition and outplacement partner, LHH, driving improvements in our offering.
• Support the TA Operations team with BAU recruitment and project activity when required.

We need you to have:
• Significant experience in managing re-deployment activities within a large organisation.
• Recruitment experience gained within an inhouse or agency environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and supporting colleagues through change.
• A results and delivery-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience influencing at a senior level.
• Experience in identifying gaps in processes, solving problems, and implementing new ways of working.
• Commitment to inclusivity and fairness in all re-deployment processes.
