The Business Change Lead is a key role that provides essential planning oversight and analysis on projects within Personal Banking Systems. The Personal Banking Systems team support our Core Platform and systems across the two heritages and several specialist 3rd party software packages. This is an opportunity to be part of a team linking Technical teams, Business users, Technology teams, Partners and application providers to deliver services to our customers

This role will specifically work on projects within the Personal Banking Systems space, whilst leading a team of Business Analysts. The role holder will have the responsibility for motivating Analysts to deliver all aspects of change whilst ensuring strong and effective stakeholder relationships are established and maintained. The role holder will be required to work closely with the business and development teams through the full project lifecycle to deliver change that makes our customer happier about money.

What you’ll be doing
• Leading supporting, and developing a team of Business Analysts to deliver all aspects of the change lifecycle in terms of quality, time, and cost
• Manage a Business Change plan to ensure all project milestones are met with all Analysis and Readiness activities being delivered in line with project dates
• Own key engagement with stakeholders and third parties
• Inspiring confidence whilst promoting and demonstrating behaviours that support our purpose and values
• Lead and direct the adoption and adherence of business analysis best practises

We need you to have
• Strong analytical capability with the proven ability to elicit and manage requirements through the Technical Design, Technology Build, Quality Assurance, Implementation and Post Imp. Phases
• The ability to plan, coordination and lead Business Analysts on larger projects utilising all the tool available to deliver business requirements and trace them to implementation
• A proven ability to coach and develop members of the team to ensure a consistent high-quality output that meets the needs of our customers
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and influence people across business and technology domains
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels and build strong and effective relationships
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high quality results within tight timescales working under pressure
