Business Unit: Technology Operations & Cyber Security
Salary Range: £29,000 – 36,000 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits
Location: UK Hybrid; travel to Glasgow office location once a month

An exciting opportunity exists for a Technical Analyst to join our ever-growing Identity & Access Management team.  As an Identity Analyst your primary role will be to support the access provisioning / deprovisioning of privileged applications within the Bank. This role offers a great opportunity for skills development across multiple technologies, so you’ll need to be curious and enjoy learning new things.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing a quality service to colleagues across the organisation in provisioning access across multiple platform streams.
• Working with a variety of colleagues to meet their access & information requirements.
• Implement process improvements to improve efficiencies and reduce risk.
• Ensure only appropriate and relevant access is in place to enable employees to fulfill their role requirements.
• Working in a fast-paced area supporting major Bank initiatives as well as day to day administration activities.
• Ensure compliance with the IAM elements of the Information Security Policy Standard, Access Control Standards and associated Access Governance Framework.

We need you to have

• Basic User administration experience in providing platform access across any of these platforms, AD/Unix/RACF.
• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management / PAM.
• Be a self-starter, well organised and able to work independently or part of a team.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, demonstrating a professional 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills, with an ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• Good understanding of Information Security and Policy Standards. 

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential

• PAM /CyberArk Experience
• Cloud Environment Experience e.g Entra / Azure
• Proven experience in implementing IAM control improvements across multiple technical disciplines.
