Salary Range: £56,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: UK Hybrid – with travel to a local hub once per quarter - Glasgow, Gosforth, Leeds or London

Our Team
You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining oversight of the investment funded change plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving compliance across all projects and initiative activities. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you'll monitor progress, manage risks, and support governance processes to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. By providing structure, guidance, and reporting, you'll enable informed decision-making and ensure adherence to established standards and timelines.
What you’ll be doing
• Maintaining oversight of portfolio progress through facilitation of regular governance meetings with key stakeholders, including CIOs, Programme Directors, Finance and Risk.
• Working with Strategy and Finance to ensure that the impact of the investment plan is clearly articulated and monitored, ensuring a strong link between the investment plan and business financial plans.
• Ensuring the correct positioning of the plan within the wider Bank by providing a fully integrated single point of knowledge of activity.
• Working with change teams to co-ordinate business case production ensuring appropriate specialist input and timing of approval through governance framework, providing best practice advice and guidance
• Identifying and monitoring portfolio risks, threats, and opportunities; planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues impacting the portfolio.
• Maintaining portfolio delivery map and critical path to monitor project progress. Recognise and track interdependencies across change initiatives.
• Create, own, and manage a complete dependency map across the change portfolio, ensuring quick escalation of issues.
We need you to have
• Solid change experience with excellent leadership skills
• A track record of providing challenge to deliver improved results
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of managing change through a cultural programme
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills gained in a project environment
• Has a keen understanding of the key business drivers which influence the performance of a financial institution
• Strong strategic communications experience & knowledge
It’s a bonus if you have but not essential
• Good background in data and analytics, preferably in Change
• Proven ability to manage and maintain risk governance and methodologies
• Good knowledge of project tooling and Microsoft tools

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting.
