Our Team
Enterprise Systems provides cutting edge solutions across Finance, Risk, Financial Crime, Fraud, HR and Operations in support of customer facing colleagues. While delivering change and high-quality service is a significant focus, we are looking additionally to ensure that we manage the suppliers that we rely on effectively and efficiently. That means establishing relationships and ensuring all required third party management activity is conducted on a timely basis and to a high quality. To that end we are seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee several key suppliers across Enterprise Systems, particularly across Fraud and Financial Crime.
What you’ll be doing
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of Enterprise Systems suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related matters.
Supporting with monitoring supplier performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as identifying areas for improvement.
Conducting regular performance reviews and supplier assessments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
Assisting with the negotiation of contracts and service agreements with Enterprise Systems suppliers and ensuring that terms and conditions align with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Managing contract renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring that contractual obligations are met, and risks are mitigated.
Monitoring and managing supplier budgets, expenditures, and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Support the assessment and mitigation of risks related to supplier relationships, including security vulnerabilities, regulatory compliance issues, and business continuity risks.
Enable engagement between technical and change management owners of solutions with suppliers in strategic planning and roadmap discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
We need you to have
Dedication to understanding and building effective supplier relationships and collaborating with Virgin Money stakeholders on the services provided by a supplier.
Ability to effectively convey information, both verbally and in writing, to suppliers and relevant technical and change management leads.
Aptitude for keeping control of multiple activity streams across multiple suppliers and coordinating activity across various stakeholders.
Competence in identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies to drive supplier improvements.
It’s a bonus if you have but not essential
Having a good understanding of the types of technology solutions used in the area to enhance ability to drive supplier relationships.
The ability to collaborate and influence across multiple ES teams to secure timely support for execution of third-party management activity.
