Within the Customer and Marketing Insight team, we're looking for smart, ambitious, energetic individuals who want to come with us on this journey.
To be perfect for this role you will ideally be a marketing professional with significant experience in brand and consumer research and insight.
What is the role about... The Brand Insight Senior Manager leads the generation and implementation of insight-driven actions focused at improving Virgin Money Brand salience and equity. The key responsibilities of the role are;
Determining the long-term vision for the brand and market research programmes
Leading the development and implementation of an insight strategy that delivers a robust and reliable understanding of brand and market performances across the whole enterprise
Engaging with and acting as a Brand Subject Matter Expert with all relevant stakeholders within in Enterprise and Virgin Group
Overseeing all ad-hoc brand and market research projects and managing all continuous brand & ad tracking tools as well as customer community panels
Leading the deployment of appropriate brand and market insights generation tools and data platforms to targeted audiences across the whole organisation

Extensive demonstrable experience, ideally acquired from a variety of sectors, in developing consumer insights and embedding at all levels of the organization
An in-depth and thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and techniques and be abreast with latest developments and innovations in the area
Skilled at developing strategic research plans to meet business objectives
You will have project and people management experience
As an engaging individual, you will enjoy building business relationships with colleagues throughout the bank and externally with agency partners
